I have bought the 90 day VIP Teleport Rock twice from the Cash Shop.

When I use it and go to Orbis, it disappears from my inventory after one use.

That's 1,800 NX down the drain.

I'd appreciate you looking into this bug and fixing it, and giving me back the Rock.

This is no bug, you bought one vip teleport rock and used it. Each vip teleport rock can be used only once.
Do yourself a favor and buy a hyper teleport rock via @vps or @dps. don't buy the VIP ones in the cash shop.
