Bug Description:
So, Im reading the new reaper discription, and it says Regular Monster Kill Chance 25%. Does that mean when a Reaper attacks, 25% of time it insta kills normal monsters? If so, then I believe, after 10min of testing, it does not proc. I have watched the reaper attack only, and it doesn't kill the monster at all. Bit confused.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon
- Execute 25%
Expected Behavior:
Reaper should execute 25% of the time?
Actual Behavior:
What happens instead?
Nothing.

I do gotta say, I love the effort you are putting in. Love this server and all that you have done with it. I quit maple for 2 years, and this brings back joy, Kudos to you Reyuk
