Revert back to original skill
Reason for Suggestion:
As much as I like the new changes to reaper buff, it feels very useless when farming a map, Like yes, I can have it out when bossing, and it just hits a bit here and there, but when Im at Peak of Big Nest, surrounded by monsters. It feels very minimal impact. Im sitting in the middle of the map, attacking very little space infront of me, while f/p can spam meteor shower. For I/L they have cd reduction on Bilzzard when using certain skills.
Expected Benefits:
Allow BaM to farm bigger maps a bit better, as well as deal with giant spawns of monsters
Potential Drawbacks (Optional):
I don't think it has any drawbacks
