Bug Description:
Mrs. Ming Ming's Second Worry does not allow overleveled characters to drop the items from low level mobs until Estelle's Request is finished.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start Mrs. Ming Ming's Second Worry while overleveled for the quest
- Kill Octopuses and Pigs, nothing will drop
- Finish Estelle's Request to first obtain the sauce
- Kill Octopus/pigs and the appropriate items will drop
Expected Behavior:
Octopuses drop Octopus Legs and Pigs drop Pig Heads regardless if you got the special sauce first
Actual Behavior:
Said mobs don't drop anything until first obtaining the sauce
